Post HG – Neurodivergent Parents – Monday 16th March

About This Session

Living with the after-effects of Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) can be especially complex for neurodivergent parents. Sensory sensitivities, emotional processing, and executive functioning challenges can all shape how recovery feels—and how we parent after HG. This informal virtual meetup offers a supportive, understanding space to connect with others who identify as neurodivergent and have experienced HG. Whether you’re newly postpartum or years into recovery, you’re welcome to join us to share your experiences, explore coping strategies, or simply listen—there’s no pressure to talk.

Led by a member of the Pregnancy Sickness Support HQ Team, this one-and-a-half-hour session provides a safe, non-judgmental environment to reflect, share, and connect with others who truly understand the intersection of HG and neurodivergence.

Who Is This For?
This meetup is for anyone who identifies as neurodivergent and has experienced Hyperemesis Gravidarum. You don’t need a formal diagnosis or label—if you relate to neurodivergent experiences and are managing life after HG, this space is for you.
