Post HG & Mental Health Virtual Meet-up & Chat – 24th February 2025
About This Session
Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) doesn’t always end when the pregnancy does. For many past sufferers, the mental health impact of HG can linger long after recovery from the physical symptoms. This virtual meet-up is designed to explore how HG can affect mental health post-pregnancy and provide a space to connect with others who share similar experiences.
Led by a member of the Pregnancy Sickness Support HQ Team, this one-hour session will provide an opportunity to reflect, share, and discuss coping strategies in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
Who Is This For?
This session is open to past sufferers of HG who are navigating the emotional and mental health challenges that can follow the condition. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or simply want to connect with others who understand, this session is here to support you.
What to Expect
- A small group setting with up to 10 participants.
- A discussion facilitated by a member of the PSS HQ Team.
- A safe space to explore the ongoing impact of HG on mental health.
Why Join?
