Post HG & Physical Health – Monday 18th August

About This Session
Physical recovery after Hyperemesis Gravidarum is often overlooked—but it matters. From dental problems and pelvic floor issues to ongoing nausea, nutrient deficiencies, and the impact of prolonged bedrest, this virtual meetup is a space to talk honestly about what recovery really looks like. Whether you’re weeks or years post-HG, you’re welcome here.

Led by a member of the Pregnancy Sickness Support HQ Team, this one-hour session will provide an opportunity to reflect, share, and discuss coping strategies in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.

Who Is This For?
This meetup is for anyone who has experienced Hyperemesis Gravidarum and is navigating the physical impact after pregnancy—whether you're newly postpartum or years into recovery. You don’t need a formal diagnosis or a certain type of birth experience—if you’re still feeling the physical effects of HG, this space is for you.
