Post HG – Community Coffee & Chat – Monday 20th April
About This Session
Recovering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) can be a long and isolating journey—but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our Post-HG Community Coffee & Chat is a relaxed, informal virtual meetup where you can connect with others who truly get it. Whether you want to share your story, find someone who understands, or simply listen in with a cup of tea, this is a welcoming space to talk about life after HG.
Led by a member of the Pregnancy Sickness Support HQ Team, this one-hour session offers time to chat, reflect, and build connections in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Who Is This For?
This meetup is for anyone who has experienced Hyperemesis Gravidarum and wants to connect with others who’ve been through it too. You don’t need to have had HG recently—if you’re looking for community, understanding, or just friendly conversation, you’re very welcome here.
What to Expect
- A small group setting with up to 10 participants.
- A discussion facilitated by a member of the PSS HQ Team.
- A safe space to explore the impact of HG.
