Partner/Carer Advice & Tips – Monday 21st September

About This Session

Supporting someone through Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) can be overwhelming, confusing, and emotionally draining. This informal virtual meetup offers partners and carers a chance to connect, share practical tips, and learn from others who’ve supported a loved one through HG. Whether you’re currently supporting someone, reflecting on a past experience, or preparing for a future pregnancy, this space is here for you.

Led by a member of the Pregnancy Sickness Support HQ Team, this one-hour session provides a safe and understanding environment to ask questions, share advice, and explore ways to cope and support effectively.

Who Is This For?
This meetup is for anyone who has supported someone with Hyperemesis Gravidarum—partners, friends, family members, or carers. You don’t need any prior knowledge or experience—just an interest in learning and connecting with others who’ve been there.

What to Expect

  • A small group setting with up to 10 participants.
  • A discussion facilitated by a member of the PSS HQ Team.
  • A sensitive and inclusive space to share experiences and perspectives.
